Stress

Where a person is under too much mental or emotional pressure, and feels unable to cope with various life factors or demands, especially those where there is a pressure to respond.
First Aid provides an immediate relief to the intense mental or emotional pressure being experienced.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Everybody has a different way of reacting to stress, and everybody has a different experience of the factors or demands that they find stressful. If you are able to engage the person in further dialogue, you could understand “what is causing the stress.” This in turn could indicate further essences that will more directly assist the person in addressing these underlying issues.
